GM Records, Warsaw, Poland Applies
to IRMA's Anti Piracy Compliance Program

August 2, 2006 - Spaarndam, The Netherlands - The International Recording Media Association is pleased to inform you that they have accepted the application for the IRMA’s Anti Piracy compliance Program from GM Records, Marek Grela, located in Warsaw, Poland.

With well over 100 plants already enrolled in Europe, the USA, Asia, South Africa, South and Mid-America, the IRMA Anti-Piracy Compliance Program (APCP) is well recognized as an effective weapon for replicators and duplicators to combat piracy.  With this program in place, content holders are able to identify manufacturers that are protecting their interests by complying with stringent manufacturing and operational procedures.

"We are truly honoured to join the IRMA programme," said Marek Grela, GM Records Owner. "For GM Records – the DVD and CD manufacturer– it is even more important as it guarantees our clients that we respect their intellectual property. Our corporate development strategy is about offering the highest quality of service, and fighting against infringement of copyrights is one of the elements of this policy.”

Theo G. Köhler, Director of IRMAs Anti-Piracy Compliance Program for EMA said, "I am pleased to see GM Records joining the Anti Piracy Compliance group. It is promising that we have now two Polish’s plants in our program after the adoption of the cd plant regulation by the Polish Parliament (Sejm). It confirms again the value of the Anti Piracy Compliance Program for both replicating facilities and content holders"
